I recently reached out to Nathan about replacing a toilet in my home. He worked with me on scheduling a date and time to come to the house for the project. Unfortunately, I was not home when he arrived so I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, however, my wife raved about how friendly and nice Nathan was. Nathan kept she and I both updated with everything, including his ETA, and the installation. We even received a follow up the following day to be sure that we were happy with the installation. What can I say to describe how responsive, professional, and awesome Nathan was? He was on time and tidy. He knocked out installing my ceiling fan on 13’ ceilings like it was plugging in a lamp. He also hung some very valuable pieces of art that were huge and I couldn’t hang myself. He did it in literal minutes. So efficient and courteous! Will definitely be using him again in the future!!
